Go to the BIG Shot Portal login page, click the Forgot Your Password link and provide the following:

BIG Shot email ID

Identification Type
-
Identification number
Click Next button and answer a security question to retrieve your password. Your temporary password will be sent to your email.

Kindly click on "
Forget You Password" and insert your BIG Shot Email ID and Passport / National ID and click "Next". Your temporary password will be sent to your BIG Email ID. Please ensure that you copy paste the temporary password given to avoid any confusion with the characters.
Note: Ensure you check your SPAM / Junk inbox for the temporary password email.
