Document How do I reload my BIG Card using CIMB Clicks?

You can reload your BIG Card via CIMB Clicks for free. What you would need to do is: 

1. Login to CIMBClicks
2. Select top up
3. BIG VISA Prepaid card
4. Select Reload

Note: If you have not registered your BIG Card for this service, you would need to select Register and key in details needed which are your BIG Card number, your ID type and ID number

5. Select your BIG Visa Perpaid card number.
6. Insert the amount you want
7. Select either Transfer Now for immediate reload or "Setup Recurring Transfer" followed by First Process Date and Frequency
8. Then click the submit
9. Request for a TAC number and confirm by keying in TAC
10. Click on Confirm

Note: Login to your BIG Portal to check on your wallet balance.

You can also setup Auto Reload for your BIG Card to be reloaded vis your CIMB account. This feature allows you to setup a minimum threshold and how much to auto reload so you do not have to worry about not having your card reloaded.
