I've been on flights with AirAsia but my BIG Points have not been credited. What do I do?

To claim your missing BIG Points, please login to BIG Shot Portal. Click on 'BIG Points' button and select 'Claim BIG Points' link (on your left navigation). Complete the web form and click submit.

BIG Points will be credited to your account if your claim is valid.
