I tried to insert my BIG Shot ID in "Manage my bookings" in the AirAsia web page but I was prompted with an error "Invalid ID/Name". What should I do?
This is because the name entered in your booking is different to your AirAsia Member profile. Once you enter your BIG Shot ID, the system performs a check to make sure your booking name is the same as your AirAsia profile. To rectify this, go to your AirAsia member profile and amend your name there to reflect the name in your booking. What you need to do is follow this simple steps to update your AirAsia account:-
1.) Login to your AirAsia member section using your AirAsia login and password
2.) Click on "My Profile"
3.) Ensure your Given name and Family/Surname matches your AirAsia booking name respectively
4.) Click on "Edit" if you need to update.
5.) Click on "Submit" to make the changes.
Once the changes is done, you should be able to insert your BIG Shot ID without error in "Manage My Bookings".
