Document How do I reload my BIG Card over the counter at CIMB branch?

To reload your BIG Card over the counter at any CIMB Branch you would need to:
  1. Complete the Collect Service Slip with the following information:
    • Payer name
    • Address
    • IC No
    • Amount
    • Account/Reference Number - this is your BIG Card Visa number
    • Beneficiary name
  2. Inform the teller at the counter that the load/reload is for Tune Money Prepaid Card
  3. Pass the cash for the amount to be reloaded to the teller at the counter
  4. Pay the service charge feee of RM2-00 to the teller
  5. The teller will then provide a copy of the Collect Service Slip which bears computer generated print out to you for your records.
