Document What is URN number?

  • URN number stands for Unique Reference Number  (URN).
     
  • A notification email will be sent to your email ( email you used when register for you BIG Shot Card.) with the URN number in it.
     
  • This URN number has 16 digits (example: 0031062120140299) and is use when making your RM 10 Joining Fee at the various channels available to you (CIMB & BSN).
     
  • A minimum of RM50 reload amount is require for over the counter transaction. You can make cash payment by specifying your URN number on a cash deposit/payment form at the counter. REMEMBER to retain your receipt for reference.

    CIMB & BSN Over The Counter (OTC) - Minimum RM50 reload amount* RM2

    *From the RM50 minimum amount, RM10 will be deducted as your Joining Fee payment and RM40 will be credited into your BIG Card.
     
  • Once we receive your payment, your application will be processed and your BIG Card will be sent to you within the next 14 working days. Please ACTIVATE your BIG Card before usage
